Anti-aging skin care products
Anti-aging skin care products remind me of the song "18 till I die" by Bryan Adams, in 1996, here we are already in 2021. Indeed, anti-aging skin care products are very popular today; and why not, who doesn't want to stay young forever?
Speaking of anti-aging skin care products, the first thing that comes to mind is vitamin C-based anti-aging skin care products. These products work by allowing the synthesis of vitamin C in the body. These products work by allowing the synthesis of collagen (a structural protein found in the skin). This category of anti-aging skin care products is related to antioxidants. However, vitamin C-based anti-aging skin care products run the risk of oxidizing when exposed to air during use. This is why some anti-aging skin care products are based on vitamin C derivatives, which are more stable and less expensive. However, the effectiveness of these products is not as great as that of vitamin C-based anti-aging skin care products.
In addition to vitamin C, vitamin E and lipoic acid are also antioxidants. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant found in human blood that helps build resistance to infection. Vitamin E is also known to inhibit cancer. Liponic acid is known to be very effective in fighting the signs of aging by reversing the damage caused to the skin by the aging process.
Phytochemicals are the other category of anti-aging skin care products. Phytochemicals are special chemicals extracted from plants. There are a wide variety of phytochemicals in use today. Phytochemicals prevent the development of certain types of cancer, including prostate cancer, breast cancer and colon cancer. This is why they find their place in anti-aging skin care products.
Some B vitamins such as B5, B6 and B12 are also used in anti-aging skin care products.
The field of anti-aging skin care products is vast and requires a lot of research. Although the products currently available are effective, they still have challenges to overcome. Hopefully, these challenges will be resolved in time and will result in better and cheaper anti-aging skin care products.
However, anti-aging skin care products should only be used in conjunction with natural skin and body care methods. For example, drinking plenty of water, getting a good night's sleep, exercising regularly, having healthy eating habits and avoiding stress are essential ways to delay the aging process. No anti-aging skin care product can really replace them.
